The Scottish Government's Good Food Nation Act (2022) places a duty on all public bodies to create a Regional Good Food Plan. The Plans will cover 7 Key Issues (shown here) and have 6 agreed outcomes.
In 2024 we are expecting the Scottish Government to consult on the National Good Food Plan, and the Sustainable Food Partnership will contribute to that work in the region.

We've made a start - and published the 2023-26 Action Plan!
This plan is part of the building blocks toward the work to come on the Regional Good Food Nation Plan. Lots of the work we've done already will contribute to the next stages.
